New House



This is it I’m finally moving out of my parent’s house to buy a shiny new home. My friend Jim and I had planned this since we were kids and we thought it was hopeless and would never come true. I picked Jim up from his house and drove us to the airport and our flight that would take us to Arizona. We were both YouTubers and needed somewhere to work in peace without having any interferences in our videos. Money was thin but we had pooled our cash and bought a small house. A tiny yellow sun shone down on us when we landed. We were excited!

    I liked the way you weaved your piece to use all of the words in the prompt. I would have loved to have known why Arizona??

The Lab

… This is too much… WAY too much… I don’t really think I can take it. This is just plain scary… they really chose a bad day for a dare… I wish I could see them now, but I can only barely hear them . I can’t take this anymore. “HELP, SOMEBODY, PLEASE HELP ME!” I screamed at the top of my lungs. But no-one answered . “You can scream as loud as you want, no-one will hear. My lab is SOUND PROOF! Now… on with the experiment!” The professor shouted, flipping a switch. The last thing I could see was a dog. But this was no ordinary dog, quite the opposite as a matter of fact. It was a human. A human transformed into a dog . And said dog was wearing glasses. I was suddenly shocked with at LEAST 100,000 volts of electricity. And that was too much for me, so I blacked out. The next day, I awoke, only to find myself in a cage. Pursuit

It stood in the doorway. I began to run. I hadn’t enough time to tell what it was, though I didn’t want to see. I headed straight for the door, but before I could make it, it slammed shut.
